Gov. Rauner Says The Election Is In The Past
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WRSP) —
Gov. Bruce Rauner spent more than $30 million this campaign season.
Now that the election has come and gone we asked Gov. Rauner if he thought his investment was worth it.
Republicans picked up two seats in the Senate and four seats in the House, but Democrats still old at least a majority in both chambers.
Gov. Rauner said he doesn't want to focus on what the outcomes of the election mean because he's focused on the future of growing jobs in Illinois along with other reforms.
