ISP, ICE Searching for Guatemalan Man Wanted in Fatal Champaign Crash
PESOTUM, Ill. (WRSP) —
Illinois State Police Zone 5 Investigations and The Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are seeking the public’s help regarding the fatal crash on January 1, 2017 involving Esteban Juarez-Tomas on I-74 westbound at milepost 182 in Champaign, IL. Tomas is a Guatemalan male, 33, (09/08/83), 5’5”, 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted on a warrant in connection with the fatal crash where Esteban was charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, No Valid Driver’s License, and Improper Lane Usage (Driving on the Wrong Side of Roadway).
Esteban J. Tomas has an alias date of birth of 10/16/83, 11/16/83 and multiple alias names including: Estaban Tomas-Juarez, Edgar Gomez-Estrada, Tomas Estaban-Juarez, and Victor Ochoa.
