Logan Co. man found guilty of drug induced homicide
LOCGAN CO. Ill. (WRSP) —
A Logan County man has been found guilty of drug induced homicide.
Dustin Miller was accused of selling heroin to a man who later died from a drug overdose back in 2016.
During the investigation, police discovered the victim contacted Miller to buy the drugs the day before.
The exchange was also caught on a store's surveillance camera.
Miller faces up to 30 years in prison.
