Threat made to Unit 4 student walkout
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCCU) —
On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, Champaign Police and Edison administrators were made aware that a student shared a message on ShapChat with peers, which included a threat to the school during the national student walkout (Wednesday) tomorrow morning.
Champaign Police immediately responded to the incident and determined there was no immediate threat. The student will not be in class on Wednesday.
