Unit 4 plans to sell bond to repair district schools
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCCU) —
Champaign Unit 4 School District is planning to sell their general obligation school building bonds.
The amount of the sale is not to exceed $110 million.
The decision on how much would be made from the bonds was decided last month.
The proceeds from the sales of these bonds will be used to build and repair several schools including Dr. Howard Elementary, South Side Elementary, Centennial High School, and Edison Middle School by the Board of Education.
