Urbana shooting sends two victims to the hospital
URBANA, Ill. (WRSP) —
Two people are in the hospital after Sunday morning shooting in Urbana.
It happened in the 800 block of West Springfield.
Police responded to reports of multiple shots fired.
When they arrived on scene they found a large house party over 200 people.
According to police, at least 5 people tried to get into the house party but were denied.
Afterwards, police say the group robbed two uninvolved people in front of the house and pulled out a handgun.

They were both taken to the hospital where their conditions are reported as serious, but stable.
