Waverly man accused in wife's murder to get mental and physical evaluation
WAVERLY, Ill. (WRSP) —
The Waverly man accused of murdering his pregnant wife may not go to court anytime soon.
Nathan Henson, 33, will undergo an examination of his physical and mental fitness.
The motion was granted Tuesday.
Henson faces charges of first-degree murder and intentional homicide of an unborn child.
He's accused of beating and stabbing his wife, Jessie Henson, to death.
