Champaign Man Dies In House Fire

The Champaign County coroner released the name of a man who died as a result of a house fire.

23-year-old Christian Sheehan was pronounced dead at Presence Covenant Medical Center just after 5:00 Saturday morning.

He was found unresponsive inside his burning house in the 1900 block of South Mattis Avenue just after 4:00 Saturday morning.

An autopsy will be performed on Monday.
