Diana Rauner Joins Governor For School Tour

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WRSP) — As the governor continues to tour the state urging for more money for education, his wife joined him for a visit in Springfield Thursday.

First Lady of Illinois Diana Rauner joined the governor at Lincoln Land Community College's Early Childhood Education Center Thursday.

Mrs. Rauner runs a non-profit that focuses on early childhood education.

During Thursday's tour she praised teachers at Lincoln Land for their work in advocacy for early learners.
