Former Springfield Businessman and District 186 School Board Vice President Adam Lopez was back in court Monday morning.

Once again, Adam Lopez's attorney filed a motion to have Lopez's bond reduced.

Once again, that motion was denied by a judge.

Lopez first asked for a bond reduction in mid-November of 2018. That request was denied.

Lopez is accused of stealing more than a million dollars from his clients, while he worked as an investment professional.

The next hearing for Lopez is set for March 4, 2019 at 10:30 a.m.
