Early morning Tuesday, Pike County Sheriff Deputies executed two court authorized search warrants during a fugitive sting.
The first search warrant was executed on the 200 hundred block of Main Street in Baylis.
Dusty L. Embree of Griggsville was arrested on outstanding Pike County Warrants and was taken into custody with no further incident.
This arrest follows an investigation that began on August 18th, 2018 where Embree fled from a Deputy near New Salem. The Pike County Sheriff’s Department and Pike County Crime Stoppers have received numerous calls and tips on the possible whereabouts of Embree during this almost three and a half month period.
The second search warrant was executed on the 1200 block of Rogers Street in Barry.
William Brandon Stolte of Pittsfield was arrested on an outstanding Pike County Arrest Warrant. Stolte was also wanted out of Adams County.
During the execution of this search warrant, drug paraphernalia along with methamphetamine was seized. Stolte was taken into custody without further incident.
