High School Students Blame Racist Graffiti On Election
Students at a northern Chicago suburban school staged a protest on Thursday, after someone found an offensive, racist sign inside the school.
The sign read, "whites only" was found on a door of a stall in a women's bathroom at the Warren Township High School in Gurnee.
200 students staged a sit-in protest, voicing outrage, and also protested the election of Donald Trump, blaming the racially charged rhetoric on his campaign.
The district's superintendent said the school is investigating to try and track down the person responsible for the graffiti.
