Watchdog group Judicial Watch released documents Monday showing the United States Military Academy at West Point is infusing controversial lesson plans into its courses.

Judicial Watch was forced to serve the U.S. Department of Defense with a Freedom of Information Act request after the group’s initial requests for instructional materials were denied.

Among the materials uncovered by Judicial Watch were presentations about “whiteness,” “Critical Race Theory and Policy” and “Queer Theory and Policy.”

One presentation included a graphic discussing “modern day slavery in the USA,” while another instructed students to discuss “How White Networks Exclude Black Men from Blue-Collar Jobs.”

“Do you think Affirmative Action creates and [sic] environment for ‘reverse discrimination?’ Use CRT to support your answer,” cadets are asked, according to the presentations.

The watchdog group also said it uncovered a three-credit class being taught in the Social Sciences Department at West Point titled “The Politics of Race, Gender, and Sexuality.”

The course’s description indicated “the class will serve as an introduction to the theoretical concepts of post-modernism,” including “a focus on feminist theory, critical race theory, and queer theory,” according to Judicial Watch.

The syllabus also showed a required reading for the class titled, “Critical Race Theory: An Introduction” by Richard Delgado and Jean Stefancic, Judicial Watch noted.

Judicial Watch says the new documents show students at West Point have been taught critical race theory “grows out of the field of law, and studies the way that racism is built into and reproduced through the institutions that organize everyday life."

Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, argued our military is being attacked from within.

“These documents show racist, anti-American CRT propaganda is being used to try to radicalize our rising generation of Army leadership at West Point,” Fitton insisted.
